History:
Khan Karen Nagasawa, a talented
journalist and progenitor of the Nagasawa Blood Heritage, was one of Clan
Diamond Shark's most respected leaders ever. As the personal speechwriter
of Nicholas Kerensky, the eloquence and power of her words drew many to his
charisma and leadership, thereby leading to the second Exodus. As each
Clan was formed and named for a totem, Nagasawa helped write the address in
which the Founder attributed the qualities of the totem to that Clan. Originally
slated to be part of Clan Blood Spirit, Khan David Kalasa made her addition
to Clan Sea Fox a requirement of his acceptance of the post of Khan. Deciding
that Nagasawa’s ideas were too progressive for what she had in mind
for Clan Blood Spirit, Khan Colleen Schmidt acquiesced.
Eventually becoming the second Khan of Clan Sea Fox, Karen Nagasawa was responsible
for a great many achievements within Clan Sea Fox (later to become Clan Diamond
Shark), including the single-handed rescuing of the stalling campaign on Babylon
(primarily due to Clan Coyote errors in tactics), declaring our Clan’s
standard policy on zellbriggen, and the high value placed by our Clan on mercantile
efforts and the high value placed on all citizens within Clan Diamond Shark.
